Real Presence is an alternative, contemplative twilight service for those seeking a spiritual home.  Real Presence celebrates the mystery of God's grace through worship that engages the heart, the mind, and the senses.

Real Presence celebrates the mystery of God's grace through worship that engages the heart, the mind, and the senses: including music of local artists in the New Orleans community, sensory prayer experiences, and room for quiet mediation in a candlelit sacred space.  This informal service is open to everyone who is open to experiencing the real presence of God’s love.

There are Prayer Stations at several locations around the Cathedral. At these stations are objects or images to help support  prayer and meditation. You are invited to move freely around the space during the service. There are also pillows in several areas. You or your children are welcome to make use of them to enhance your worship experience. If you have questions or need anything, there are ushers available at the St. Charles Avenue entrance (also called the West Doors).
